Pestilence is an artifact blunderbuss that effectively counters your enemy’s healing, inflicts Poison and Disease, and gives other bonuses. The top-tier ranged weapon has the following perks:

• Blighted Enchantment: inflict Poison on your enemy, reduce its incoming healing by 5% and outgoing by 2.5% per stack. The effect stacks up to 3 and has a 3 s duration.
• Pest: poisoned and diseased enemies receive 8% more damage from you
• Plagued Crits: land a crit hit on your enemy to inflict Disease for 6 seconds and make its incoming and outgoing healing less effective by 26% and 13%, respectively.
• Keen: increases chances to land a critical hit by 7%
